Spring Fling is an open studio event taking place during the late May Bank Holiday weekend every year.
The 2024 event dates are:

These are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with studios open 10am till 5.30pm on all three days.

The Winter Art & Craft Fair is a brand new event from Upland, supported by @dumfries_and_galloway_council, showcasing and selling contemporary visual art and craft by Upland members.
Upland and Craft Scotland are pleased to present a morning talk and Q&A with Spring Fling participant Clare Dawdry and visual artist Kate Ive. Find out about Clare and Kate’s journey and the professional and creative development of their practice.
A selection of my work will be available at the Spring Fling Pop-up at the Ottersburn Gallery in Dumfries.
Visitors to my studio are welcome throughout the event. There will be a variety of online content including talks, workshops and the online exhibition ‘We wish you were here’.
